Why on earth would you go Cathay? It’ll only lead you astray … and away.
Let go the delusion, you know you won’t dodge the demons that make you the prey.
The toxic comrades obliged to benignity, kindly tell me:

But it won’t grant you any serenity,
local serendipity, at most.”
So why go? Don’t say life here is too so-so,
‘cause it always and everywhere is so-so…
